One of the first lessons I learned in my banking career is to return a telephone message quickly. I understand that the housing market moves rapidly and so do you. I want the lending process to be efficient and smooth for all of my customers. I want every customer to feel comfortable about the mortgage process. Once the loan is complete, I want the customer to be so pleased with the experience, they refer friends and family as well. When not at the office or at real estate auctions, Max enjoys being outside and active with his wife and children.
