Wayne Savings sponsors Cash for Christmas program

Patrolman Matt Cruise (left) with the Wooster Police Department, organized a community outreach program for the holiday season dubbed “Cash for Christmas.” It began Friday, Nov. 25. Wooster police officers will randomly hand out cash during stops in the coming weeks and is a way to improve the relationship between the police department and community. Local businesses Wayne Savings Community Bank and AmeriGas have decided to sponsor the program. Also pictured are Crystal Lilley and Dustin Groves of AmeriGas, Becky Macar of Family Pools and Spas, Sgt. Santa, Stewart Fitz Gibbon III of Wayne Savings Community Bank and Capt. Scott Rotolo.
